Sort out your gut in Menorca (next one – October)

Do family friendly yoga in Portugal (runs 16-22 October)
Designed by the delightful yoga teacher Francesca Quaradeghini of Yogoloji, Fire and Flow Retreat is a week-long holiday with decent Jivamukti yoga classes with Ana Muriel and gentler yoga and mediation classes with Francesca. It’s ideal for parents who want to bring their children, for little ones have their very own programme of yoga, horse riding, nature walks and surfing to keep them occupied too. I’ve known Fran for years, she’s a super teacher and a woman full of integrity. The pared-back venue in the Algarve is set in its own forest, with views out to the distant Atlantic ocean and its own stables too. From £994 per person sharing a double room.
Beautify yourself in Venice (November)
The gloriously elegant spa hotel Aman Venice will host a 4 night ‘Healing Art of Beauty’ retreat with holistic beauty and health pioneer Susan Ciminelli 27 November – 1 December 2016. Renowned for her holistic approach to skincare, Susan will share her beauty and nutrition secrets through private consultations, talks and treatments, and collaborate with the chefs at Aman Venice to create delicious bespoke meals for her guests.
